Another specialty here, and one of our favorite tasting experiences of the weekend happened to be their famous chocolate wine flight which simply out of this world (if you’re in the mood for chocolate wine). Using a méthode champenoise process, Thornton is perhaps best known for their portfolio of delicious sparkling wines.
